You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a refund (refrigerated items excluded).  If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs (if you received an incorrect or defective item etc).  Incorrect and/or damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Returns due to change of mind or circumstances will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Items must be returned to 1/14 Arunga Drive, Beresfield 2322, and accompanied by a copy of the invoice.

You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (due to shipping and banking time frames), however, in most cases, you will receive your refund much quicker.

Please note that products will not be shipped with less than one month expiry date.
